o tym co nas łączy, a także o ziemniaczkach szefowej kuchni i chłodniku :-)

Moja droga,
ogórki i nam są niestraszne! jak zresztą za chwilę się przekonasz. Porządnie myjemy, obieramy, znów myjemy i już. Mniam. Dzisiaj u nas dzień targowy, więc rano, mimo niepewnej pogody i szmaty ;-) na niebie wybraliśmy się z Mikołajkiem po kolejne kilogramy pysznych pomidorków i truskawek. Udało nam się też zdobyć piękne sadzonki oregano. I już-już opuszczaliśmy targ, a tu jak nie lunie! Cudowny, ciepły, letni deszcz! A jeszcze lepsze od deszczu było to, że ludzie zaczęli się do siebie uśmiechać i mrugać porozumiewawczo, zjednoczeni nagłą ulewą, przed którą ciężko było znaleźć schronienie, nie licząc pobliskiego baru piwnego dla odważnych ;-)
Obiadek zrobiliśmy sobie koncertowy! Należało nam się. Chłodnik i pieczone młode ziemniaczki, inspirowane przepisem mojej ulubienicy Anne Burrell. Taki obiad najlepiej zjeść na tarasie albo balkonie, ale my mamy jeszcze jedno ulubione miejsce - na podłodze, oglądając ulubiony serial ;-) Tak, tak, wiem, mało wychowawcze, ale powiedzmy, że stawiamy na zasady z innych dziedzin, a jedzenie lubimy sobie uprzyjemniać ;-)


Ziemniaczki smażone - wg przepisu Anne Burrell

1/2 kg młodych ziemniaczków
cebula
sól
oliwa
płatki chilli (pominęłam, a po usmażeniu posypałam ziemniaki słodką papryką w proszku)
posiekana natka (u nas - szczypiorek)

Ziemniaczki dokładnie szorujemy i gotujemy do miękkości w mocno osolonej wodzie. Nie obieramy! Na patelni rozgrzewamy oliwę i dusimy na niej posiekaną cebulkę (dodając sól i chilli), aż zmięknie, ale nie dopuszczamy do zrumienienia. Ziemniaki wyjmujemy i miażdżymy na desce otwartą dłonią. I tutaj Anne  dokłada je do uduszonej cebuli, dociska do dna patelni i obsmaża na rumiano z dwóch stron, ja jednak cebulę wyjęłam i dodałam pod koniec smażenia ziemniaków, w obawie, że mi się za bardzo spiecze (i słusznej chyba, bo to, co zostało, przypaliło się na amen ;-)). Kiedy ziemniaki wyglądają na upieczone i chrupiące, zdejmujemy je z patelni i posypujemy zieleniną.
A do ziemniaczków koniecznie:

Chłodnik ogórkowo-koperkowo-miętowy

do blendera wrzucamy:
4-5 obranych i umytych ogórków gruntowych
dwa ząbki czosnku
garść koperku
garść świeżej mięty
kilka listków oregano (lebiodki)
i wlewamy dwa kubeczki maślanki lub kefiru
Miksujemy na niskich obrotach, tak, żeby w chłodniku były wyczuwalne kawałeczki ogórków :-)

  9. I think that what you posted was very reasonable. But, consider this, what if you added a little information?

    I am not saying your information is not good, however what if you added a post title to maybe get a
    person's attention? I mean "o tym co nas ��czy, a tak�e o ziemniaczkach szefowej kuchni i ch�odniku :-)" is kinda plain. You could peek at Yahoo's home page and see how they create article headlines to
    grab people to click. You might add a video or
    a related pic or two to get readers excited about what you've written. Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little livelier.

  17. Today, I went to the beachfront with my children.
    I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter
